We are carrying out Tokyo Street Count 2016!

Tokyo Street Count 2016 is a series of three street counts that take place in Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Toshima Wards on the nights of 12th, 13th and 14th of January, 2016. Initiated by ARCH and supported by a number of homelessness organisations as well as many volunteers, the Count is hoped to provide a more realistic picture of rough sleeping in Tokyo based on which more effective strategies can be made.
